We will take on the responsibility for the complete organization or only certain aspects of your congress:

• Assistance during pre-candidature phase (bid preparation, etc.)
• Congress coordination (coordination with the organizing committee, participants and vendors)
• Site inspections
• Finance modeling of the congress (preliminary budget, draft budget and final budget)
• Coordination with vendors (negotiate contracts with various vendors for reservation of hotels, halls, technical equipment…)
• Creating visual identity
• Design and printing of congress materials
• Development of multimedia and web pages
• Finance monitoring
• Promotion and marketing (PR, e-marketing…)
• Contacting all potential participants (lecturers, congress participants, sponsors, exhibitors)
• Registration of participants (printing ID cards, POTVRDNICA and congress materials)
• Collecting abstracts
• Set design of congress areas
• Sound systems, presentational materials and equipment for projections, presentations and lectures
• Photography and filming of event with CD and/or DVD
• Transportation of participants
• Accommodation for participants
• Social events (welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, gala dinner…)
• Program for accompanying persons (trips, theater plays, sightseeing…)
• Congress follow up
